MyFinHealth Refund and Cancellation Policy
Hey there! At MyFinHealth, we want you to be happy with your experience. This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains when and how you can request a refund or cancel your account or subscription. We aim to keep things fair and straightforward while processing payments securely through PayStack.
1. Refunds for Paid Reports
We offer refunds under specific conditions to ensure you're satisfied with our financial health scoring and reporting service.
Eligibility for Refunds:
- Unprocessed Uploads: If you paid for a report but your uploaded bank statement PDF couldn't be processed (e.g., due to file errors or our system issues), you're eligible for a full refund.
- Inaccurate Reports: If the financial health report has significant errors due to our processing (noting that transaction extraction isn't 100% guaranteed), we'll review your case and may offer a full or partial refund.
- Timeframe: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of payment.
Non-Eligible Cases:
- Refunds won't be issued if you simply change your mind after receiving a valid report.
- No refunds for reports generated correctly based on your uploaded PDFs, even if the financial insights differ from your expectations (we're not financial advisors, after all!).
How to Request a Refund:
- Email us at support@myfinhealth.com with your payment reference number (from PayStack) and a brief explanation of the issue.
- We'll review your request within 5 business days and notify you of the outcome.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method via PayStack within 7-10 business days.
2. Cancellations
You can cancel your account or subscription at any time—here's how it works:
Account Cancellation:
- To close your MyFinHealth account, email support@myfinhealth.com with your account email and a request to delete your account.
- Upon cancellation, we'll delete your uploaded PDFs (stored for 30 days) and extracted transaction data, unless we're required to keep it for legal reasons.
- No further charges will apply after cancellation.
Subscription Cancellation:
- If you're on a recurring plan (e.g., monthly reports), you can cancel via your account settings or by emailing support@myfinhealth.com.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, so you'll still have access to the Service until then.
- No partial refunds for the remaining billing period after cancellation.
3. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you believe a payment was processed incorrectly, please contact us first at support@myfinhealth.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank or PayStack. We'll work to resolve the issue quickly. Chargebacks without prior contact may lead to account suspension.
